Spring Break Nail Art

Colleges and Universities are starting to go on spring break. Congratulations to being half way done the semester! Today I want to show you a fun and bright nail art tutorial for spring break.

You don’t have to be traveling during break to do these nails. I would even recommend if you’re seriously missing the warmer months. 

These nails may seem a little hard but there’s no tools needed besides a makeup sponge for the glitter (optional).

Steps for dry brush nail art:

1. Paint a base coat and let dry
2. Paint one coat of white nail polish
3. Pick some bright neon polishes, I used 4: pink, purple, orange, and teal
4. Taking your first color and wipe the excess nail polish off on the side of the bottle.
5. Take the brush and make random short strokes on the nail
6. Let dry and repeat with other colors

Steps for glitter nail:

1. Paint a base coat and let dry
2. Paint one coat of white nail polish
3. Paint a thin coat of glitter
4. Add quick dry top coat
5. Paint glitter on sponge
6. Dab glitter on nail (repeat one more time)

👽Don’t forget to finish every manicure with a quick dry top coat👽

Tips:

• Don’t stress!! This does not have to be perfect and it is all about having fun and showing your creative side.
• If you’re not sure if you got enough polish off take a piece of paper and do a single stroke.
• If things don’t look right, then keep adding colors you think will make it better.
• If things look to mixed together take the white nail polish wipe the excess nail polish of on the side of the bottle and add white strokes were needed.
