From Dull to Bold

Have you ever picked a bright nail polish that turned out dull and dark? Well I have a solution for you! It’s very simple and it only adds one step to your nail process.  After adding your base coat apply one coat of white nail polish before your chosen color. Mental Health Awareness Nail Art

This week has been pretty tough on me and I am not ashamed to admit that. When people have a cold it’s okay to call out of work or school. But if you are having problems with your mental health many people just think you’re having a bad day and tomorrow you’ll be fine.  These nails are not just to spread awareness to mental illness but to remind me to keep fighting, to never give up, and most importantly help others like me so they don’t feel so alone. Each design means something else, so I’ll tell you how to do the background of the nails and then go into what the design means. 💕 Background: water color inspired  Paint one coat of white base coat. Get a neon pink, teal, lavender, and yellow acrylic paint Using a nail art brush or a small paint brush mix paint with a small amount of water.
