Spring inspired "Pastel French Nails"

Using the Pastel colors that I mentioned in previous post, I tried "Spring French nails".

Here are pictures of Spring inspired "French nails" Using 5 different pastel colors.

    1) Pick 5 different colors you want to use.
    2) Mix each color with White nail polish. (Be gentle, or you will get tiny bubbles in the mixture)
    3) Now you have pastel nail polish, paint your nails with them. (one color for each finger)
    4) Wait until they dry, design each nail as you want, using tape or sticker.
    5) Paint over the tape or sticker.
    6) Wait until they dry again.
    7) Remove the tape or sticker you used, Be gentle!
    8) Wrap it up with Top coat.

From Dull to Bold

Have you ever picked a bright nail polish that turned out dull and dark? Well I have a solution for you! It’s very simple and it only adds one step to your nail process.  After adding your base coat apply one coat of white nail polish before your chosen color. My pointer finger has a white coat under my polish and my middle finger does not. On my thumb I have a split view to see the drastic change. Isn’t it crazy?!?! Mental Health Awareness Nail Art

This week has been pretty tough on me and I am not ashamed to admit that. When people have a cold it’s okay to call out of work or school. But if you are having problems with your mental health many people just think you’re having a bad day and tomorrow you’ll be fine.  These nails are not just to spread awareness to mental illness but to remind me to keep fighting, to never give up, and most importantly help others like me so they don’t feel so alone. Each design means something else, so I’ll tell you how to do the background of the nails and then go into what the design means. 💕 Background: water color inspired  Paint one coat of white base coat. Get a neon pink, teal, lavender, and yellow acrylic paint Using a nail art brush or a small paint brush mix paint with a small amount of water.
